Based on personal experience and valuable insights, this is as new a book as you will find in the area of physical fitness for mother and baby. It allows new mothers and their babies to begin exercising together as early as 2-3 weeks after baby is born. Happiness and an upbeat use of time with baby are the main goals of the system, and the results are that is gives (1) greater amounts of productive time for mother and bab to spend together, (2) the incentive for mom and newborn, from the earliest, to get to know each other in a comfortable, sharing way, and (3) the opportunity fro mom to know that she, and she alone, has given her baby a truly remarkable gift that would be hard to find anywhere else.

In today's changing world, the attitudes and values that shape out lives can often make us start to believe that being born with a "silver spoon in your mouth" is really what counts. Unfortunately, achieving financial wealth or maintaining family importance is all that really matters. And we may begin to pursue this goal with room in our lives for hardly anything else. My own personal experience and the observations I have made, along with my husband's view, about out family life and nuturing our three children prove otherwise because, in part, of something called shared-exercise. We have found that it can help a family that is close to stay close, and that this is what matters.
